Cancellation policy
How to cancel a membership application, an active membership or an event registration.

Membership applications (before activation)
You can cancel your membership application at any time before the committee completes alumni verification. We will cancel the application and refund your fee in full.
Active memberships
- Memberships run for the term you purchased and the fee is non-refundable once membership is active — see the Refund policy.
- You may end your membership early on request; benefits stop, and you can ask to be removed from the directory and communications at any time.
Event registrations
- If you can no longer attend an event, let us know so we can free the place — registrations are non-refundable unless the Association cancels or materially reschedules the event.
- If we cancel, paid registrations are refunded in full, automatically.
